11,991. Bauer, H. June 2. Bushes, bolt-hole; wedges.-Relates to wedges and the like for securing articles, such as parts of buildings, supports, machines, frames, signs, &c., to walls. A metal plate, Fig. 8, is formed with corrugations which are deep at one end but gradually die out, leaving a flat edge at the other end of the plate. For a bolt-hole bush, this is bent round forming a shell a, which is cylindrical externally but conical internally, and is expanded by a conical nut b and bolt d, by a conical wooden plug engaged by a screw, or by a screw-threaded bolt having a conical head and provided with a nut.
