17,723. Campbell, J. Aug. 24. Waterproof garments.-Clothing is lined with thin sheet aluminium, to render it impervious to wind and water. The invention is stated to be particularly applicable to military overcoats, police capes, &c., and to clothing for use by sailors instead of oilskins. The aluminium may be applied to the upper parts only of coats, and may be inserted within a lining of textile material. [Reference has been directed under Section 7 of Patents &c.
