Regulating rate of flow in valves and cocks.- A device for controlling the flow to a ball valve or the like comprises a casing a, having connecting-nipples b and provided with a straight passage f. A screwed bolt g, having a conical or rounded end, is adapted to engage a correspondingly-shaped seat in one side of the passage f, and is protected by a cap i screwed on to the casing.
