Perforated nozzles; jets with regulable orifices. - A spraying - device is formed by making angular notches on the V-shaped contact rim of what was previously a liquid-tight valve. Fig. 1 shows one form of the apparatus. The valves are arranged on a screwed spindle SS, and the conical rim seat on the faces VS. Small notches are cut on the rims to form the spraying - orifices for liquid, which passes as shown by the arrows A. Fig. 5 shows a modification in which sleeves FV are formed with conical ends, and seat on rings SR, the whole being held together by nuts BN, BS. Fig. 8 shows a further modification; the screwed socket TS is formed with a conical part VS on which seats the adjustable socket provided with the rim VR.
