Dispensing liquids.- A draw-off valve for beer and like liquids is fitted with an attachment to produce frothing and comprises a casing a tapered at one end and provided with an outlet b controlled by a spring-loaded lift valve f fitted with a strainer d and operated by a pull knob j having a lost-motion connexion with a rod k on the valve. A piston h mounted on the hollow operating-spindle i during the closing movement first obturates the outlet and afterwards acts as a pump piston to force liquid out through an auxiliary port n to produce froth.
