Moving-chamber apparatus for granular &c. materials. - In an apparatus for delivering tea, coffee, cocoa, spices, powders, flour, semolina, thick liquids, &c., a rotary canister L has a series of measuring- pockets A in its base. These are emptied in succession as they pass below a fixed cut-off plate B and over an outlet E, the plate B being secured to a fixed plate W, shown from below in Fig. 3, which carries the outlet E.' The canister is operated by a handle C through ratchet gearing. A counting- device I is operated by levers H, F actuated by the handle C.
