Pins, dress and like.-The v e i l fastener shown consists of an intermediate bar b, upon which the gathered end of the veil is wound, a hinged ornamental bar a for clamping the veil to the bar b, and a hinged hooked pin g by which the appliance is attached to the hat. An elastic cord, threaded through the edge of the veil, is attached to the eyes f on the pin. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specification 12,415/11.
