Foot - arch supports.-A foot - arch support comprises a main spring 1, and a superposed spring 2 of greater arch, the latter of which bears upon the sole of the boot and upon parts of the spring 1 that rest on the sole of the boot, so that the spring 2 must be flattened to the curvature of the spring 1 before they act together. Either or both springs may be reinforced. The appliance is combined with a sock 3 or secured in the boot.
