Fan-light, roof-light, and pivoted-window opening apparatus. - Hinged windows are opened, when the fastening is released, by a lever A mounted on a spindle B, which is fixed in a bracket C and carries a coiled spring E, one end of which extends along and is turned under the lever A. The lever at its free end carries a pulley G which works on a rounded rail H on the opening window.
