Float valves.-In a wort discharge regulator of the kind in which a valve on the outlet main B is operated by the quantity of liquid in the tun A for the purposes of maintaining the level therein, the valve F is actuated by the displacement of a float G connected to the valve and contained in a chamber C communicating with the tun. The float is connected at its upper end to a balance lever H, fulcrumed at H1 and carrying an adjustable weight H2. A spring may be used instead of the weight.
