Dress-shields; handkerchiefs. - A flat pocket a, open at one side and fastened by buttons d so that a renewable filling may be inserted, has finger loops h to hold it on the hand of a dancer, the object being to prevent him from soiling the dress of his partner. The pocket may be ornamented round the edge, and may have a hook i at one corner for attachment of the device to the waistcoat pocket &c.
