Venting - apparatus. - Butter and other churns are provided with a ventilating-pipe 11 fitted in one or both journals of the churn, the outer end being supported by an arm 22, while the inner end is provided with a cowl 16 to prevent the escape of liquid. The cowl is provided with a screw cap 20 to allow access to its interior for cleaning.
