Feeding webs; cutting and perforating apparatus.-In an apparatus for printing, punching, and issuing tickets, comprising frames f, p1 sliding on rods and operated by a cord and treadle &c., a rack q on the return movement of the frames actuates a feed-roller l by means of a ratchet clutch l', which is inoperative during the downward movement of the frame. The strip, after being printed on, is fed by the rolls l, m over guides on a rubber bed n, and the printed ticket is finally cut off by a knife p carried by the frame p1.
