Circular-saw machines.-The machine described in the parent Specification is modified by pivoting the swinging arm i2 that carries the gauge stop i, for determining the length to be cut from a bar, upon the machine frame, as at i6, and connecting the radius-rod i4, that causes the stop to swing away from the end of the bar while this is being cut, to the slidable headstock b which carries the circular-saw f. The headstock is reciprocated by a hand-lever g, or by a treadle, or by a screw.
