Supports for articles to be heated. - A pan, kettle, &c. support for use in connexion with barless and other domestic fire-grates consists of a pair of side frames A connected by top-bars 13 and by a stay bar or bars C, which is situated as shown in order to clear the ash-pan front or other forwardly-projecting parts of the fire-grate. In a modification, the bars B are telescopic, and the side frames A are hinged to them so as to fold under them; to enable this to be done, the bar C is pivoted to the side frames, and is made in two parts connected by pin-and-notch connexions.
