Water-tube boilers.-A hot-water supply system for use in connexion with ships' galleys comprises a circulating-pipe heated bv the range fire and connected to a hot-water tank. The heating-coil c is situated in the oven flue a and is in communication with the hot-water tank d by means of pipes c1, c2. A draw-off cock e and a gauge glass f1 are fitted. The cold-water supply pipe g is fitted with a valve h actuated by a lever arm i which is moved by the rod l attached to the float j. Holes are provided in the rod e to permit different quantities of water to be supplied to the tank before it is cut off by the valve g.
