A new or improved construction of corrugated paper package for electric lamps and other objects

Wrappers. -A package for electric lamps or other articles consists of a tube a, Fig. 5, of corrugated paper, havings its end portions turned inwards to form truncated cones g, h, the edges of which hold the lamp. The package is made of a sheet of corrugated paper a, Figs. 1 and 2, to one or both sides of which a sheet of paper b is stuck. The compound sheet can be reinforced by the insertion of loosely woven fabric between the sheets of paper, and it can be water-proofed, as by coating it with tar. The corrugated paper is then creased along the lines c-d, e-f and is rolled into a tube the edges of which are secured. The ends can now be folded inwards along the creases to hold the lamp.
