Pianoforte and like keys.-A covering for the keys of pianofortes, organs, &c. consists of a sheet or layer of celluloid or like ivory substitute faced with a thin layer of pure ivory. The two materials are preferably cemented together and subjected to pressure at a temperature not above- 212‹ F., or the underlay material may be first cemented to the key.
