Roofing-slabs; materials, special, for slabs.- Roofing and building sheets are composed of hydraulic lime reinforced with vegetable fibre which is beaten or woven into mats and saturated with the lime matrix in moulds, then pressed, dried, and trimmed. A saponaceous compound and silicates may be added. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 2128/74, 3114/81, and 9740/12.
