Thermometers.-The coiled spring c contained in the lower part of the case described in the parent Specification is adapted to engage the lower end or point of the bulb e of the thermometer f. Extending upwardly from the upper end of the spring are two or more spring fingers h bearing elastically against the wall of the case to prevent lateral shake of the thermometer, the fingers being formed integrally with a disc g secured to the upper end' of the spring. The disc is apertured and/or downwardly dished to receive the point of the bulb.
