Rollers and roller heads. - The rollers A of drawing-frames for flax, hemp, jute. and other fibres and of like machines are mounted in bearing blocks B reciprocated in guides D by an eccentric J or a crank pin. Endwise movement of the rollers in the blocks is prevented by collars C on the rollers which engage the block directly or through ball bearing thrust washers C'.
