342,348. Hand, finger, &c. exercising apparatus. WOODHOUSE, G., 19, Wigmore Street, London. Nov. 1, 1929, Nos. 33203/29 and 7164/30. [Class 132 (i).] A digitorium comprises a plurality of units A (three being shown in Fig. 1), the units each consisting of a number of hinged keys 1, 2 and being readily secured to and detached from one another, as by dowels 19 and hooks 21, or by bolts or separable hinges, so that either one, or more than one, unit may be used. The keys are hinged at their back ends on vertical pins 3 in cases having a partial roof 8, and are pressed up by springs 5 against stops 12, 23. The end units have end boards 18. Units may be spaced apart with a dummy device between. According to the Provisional Specifications, space for music may be provided under the lid of a containing box, and the units may be . connected by lazytongs.
