Stationary -cutter machines.-In a machine for cutting rubber &c. sheets into strips, the sheet is fed over a bar 14, between disc cutters 2 strung upon a shaft 4 cooperating with a grooved roll 6. The roll 6 is made of soft material to allow the cutters 2 to form the grooves in the roll. The strips are cleared by fingers 12a and the roll 6 is cleaned by a scraper 17. Shields 15, 18 protect the operator.
