[Class 56.] Relates to glass which is coloured by oxide of neodymium and is used to enhance colour contrasts, as described in Specification 338,334, [Class 56]. According to the present invention, the glass contains a smaller quantity of the neodymium oxide, the content being at least 0À002 gramme, but not more than 0À03 gramme per square centimetre of the surface. The glass is intended for making illuminating-glassware for deepening the colours of objects seen by artificial light. Other colouring oxides may be added to the glass if required.
