[Class 61 (iii)] An adjustable pipe wrench has the fixed jaw A of V-hook form without teeth and the movable jaw F adjustable by means of a nut I and screw J pivoted thereto at K and provided with a toothed jaw attachment C movable transversely in an inclined direction. A pin N fixed in the jaw F engages a hole in a tongue on the jaw attachment C and the tongue is guided in a channel in the jaw F, a transverse pin D engaging a slot in the tongue and a leaf spring E bearing against the front of the part C.
