456,124. Radiators for heating buildings. ELSMORE, F. R., 70, Ommaney Road, New Cross, London. May 25, 1936, No. 14672. [Class 64 (ii)] A heating radiator for steam or hot water comprises a cast metal frame A supported from the floor by legs C, and sheet metal plates D which are braced by members F1, F2. Gussets J may be cast on the frame. The plates D may be curved as in Fig. 5 or corrugated as in Fig. 6. The sheets D, Fig. 1, are of such size in relation to the front and rear openings in the frame, that when braced together they may be placed in position as a unit. Two or more such radiators may be assembled to form a unit. Glass plates may be applied over the plates D and may be combined with reflectors and neon tubes. Reference has been directed by the Comptroller to Specifications 23445/14, [Class 64 (ii)], 395,605, and 446,056.
