[Class 100 (i)] In apparatus for trueing stacks of paper sheets as described in the parent Specification, a bell-crank lever 5, 7 or an equivalent combination of levers is interposed between the toggle-operated member 3 and the tray 12 and gives a compound motion to the tray to ensure accurate trueing of the stack of paper sheets placed on the tray. The lever arm 7 carrying the tray 12 is fixed to a shaft 6 rotatable in brackets 8, and the other arm 5 is adjustably attached to the shaft by a threaded pin 11. A stud 10 on the arm 7 engages a slot 5a in the arm 5 to act as guiding means during relative adjustment of the arms. Links 4 connect the arm 5 to the member 3.
