[Class 18] A spray gun for distributing powder, flock, or pulverized textile materials comprises a container 1 having a perforated compressed air inlet 3 in its lower end for agitating the contents, and a barrel with a nozzle 14. Air passes up the tube 24, terminating in a nozzle 23. The barrel 11 is slidably mounted as is operated by pressing the trigger 19 which retracts the barrel 11 against the action of the spring 21 whereby an opening 12 in the barrel aligns with the opening 13 above the jet 23 ; the suction then caused by the latter draws the contents of the container up and blows it out from the nozzle 14. Extra air may be admitted through the hollow handle 10. According to the Provisional Specification, the barrel 11 may be rotatably mounted in the form of a sleeve valve.
