[Class 120 (ii)] In drawing-apparatus for spinning medium and long fibres such as worsted, schappe silk, artificial silk and the like, in which two adjacent pressure rollers are overhung and rotate on a stationary axle to which pressure is applied, the axle n is engaged by a weighted lever f over practically the whole length x between the rollers, so that the axle need not extend into guide slots in the cap slides, and the lever f is pivoted in a stand h so that it does not extend over the whole of the drawing- apparatus. The lever f is weighted by a weightlever k and a spring m arranged below the rollers.
