[Class 3 (i)] [Also in Group XIV] Means for displaying wearing apparel and like goods comprises a plurality of arms 6 of solid rod or plate formation, each independently hinged at its inner end to a support 1, 2, 3 so as to be capable of being swung into storage position flat against one another and against the support. Each arm 6 has a gap 8 in its upper edge and about mid-way of this a cutout notch 9 or the like for receiving the hook 10 of a garment hanger 11. To inspect any particular article, its carrying arm 6 is swung outward, the other arms on each side of it being turned away against the support 1, 2, 3. The hanger 11 is lifted and brought to the outer end of the arm 6, where it engages a turn-up 12, and the hanger is rotated to display the article. The arm may be formed of sheet metal or composition fluted for rigidity, and the upper edge may be cambered.
