[Class 52 (iii)] In the device described in the parent Specification for supporting a directory, pad, or book on a telephone set a fitment is provided for supporting the front cover and one or more leaves in a more or less horizontal position. The back cover of the book &c. a triangular fitment is secured by a pivot stud 9 the fitment comprising a sheet of stiff board creased at 6, 7, 8 so as to fold into the form shown in Fig. 1 so that the front cover 10 and leaves 11 may lie as indicated. By unfastening the pivot 9 the parts 3, 4, 5 may be laid flat against the part 2 and the whole turned in the plane of the back cover to a position convenient for packing. If desired the fitment may be applied to a flap additional to the back cover the flap serving as a stand as shown in Fig. 3. The fitment may, if desired, be a non-folding rigid triangular device.
