[Class 136 (i)] [Also in Group VII] A weatherproof flexible apron 1, used either as a cover for a motor cycle or as a protective shield for the rider, being readily attachable near the forward end of the fuel tank of the cycle by means of a strap 3, and which may be rolled up and stowed over the head of the fuel tank, comprises a broad front portion 5 which straddles the fuel tank and a narrow rearward extension 12 having sleeves or sleeve pieces 13 and a neck band 14. The portion 5 has flaps 8 with straps 9 which fasten round the wearer's legs. The sleeves 13 may be folded under and fastened by means of press fasteners to the extension 12 to form a cover for the pillion or saddle, the .neck band 14 being connected to the cycle frame or carrier.
