[Class 43] Means for attaching an article, particularly a hearing-aid instrument, to clothing may be applied to the article in two alternative positions, in one of which a portion of the fitting constitutes a loop or the like for engaging a projection, e.g. a button, on the clothing, and in the other the same portion constitutes a clip for gripping the edge of a pocket or the like. The fitting 3 comprises a bent wire clip, the ends 4 of which releasably engage holes in the article 1; the central part of the clip is formed into a loop and is bent slightly out of the main plane of the clip, so that in the upward position it can engage a button or the like. When inverting the clip the ends 4 are interchanged with respect to the holes in the article, and the looped part projects downwards, so that the edge of a pocket can be gripped between it and the article 1. Between the main part of the clip and each end 4 there is a short horizontal length 5 of wire forming a bearing for a strap which may go round the wearer's neck.
