'[Class 6(i)] [Also in Group XXXII] In a coupling between a tractor, of the class described in Specifications 470,069 and 470,087, and an agricultural implement, the operational characteristics are similar to those described in Specification 602,291 but the mechanism is wholly mechanical itself and adapted for use only with a tractor having an automatic control of the power lift. The mechanism is characterized in that the lower draft link is formed in two parts, 32 and 34 both pivotally connected to plates 33 on each side, so that they may be displaced out of alignment at an angle limited by the engagement of the part 34 with the bolt 41. This arrangement provides a fore and aft rocking of the implement, when the draft link is raised or lowered, thereby altering the angle of penetration of the nose-part, resulting in an optimum manner of application of the load to the tractor wheels, effective depth control and a quick run in and run out of the implement. In a modification the coupling is shown adapted for fitting to the draft links of a standard " Ford " tractor.
