[Class 52 (v)] A garment display device has a hip-forming member comprising a carrier plate 1 to which two hip-forming arms 2 are pivotally mounted. The carrier 1 is provided with a block 11 into which a rod of a stand 10 can be screwed. The carrier 1, which has lugs 20 to prevent the skirt being displaced, may be provided with spring clips to draw in the waist of a skirt. As shown in Fig. 5 the device may be provided with a pivoted upper attachment 19 to allow a dress to be displayed.
