An improvement in the manufacture of safety tubes flexible pipes especially usable for fuel oils and other hydrocarbons consisting essentially of manufacturing such tubes composed of a ringed inner tubular body in a helix with the turns overlapping covered by a winding of several layers of cellophane or a flexible sheet material resistant similar to the solvent action of hydrocarbons duly stabilized ties twine on which winding a rubber layer closed tubularly pressed against it so that one palica and another stay adapted to the windings of the body tubular metal sealing the interstices of articulation of its turns being secured held in position relative to the first coating metal body not only by using said ties twine but rubber elasticity remains under pressure a final coating of a sheath of dense metal fabric preferably arranged in plurality of layers.
