[Also in Group XVI] A device for use in designing or for building up pictures comprises a set of printing elements, 1-27, the stamping surfaces of which are of simple geometric form including rectangular, circular, triangular and oval, at least some of the surfaces 1-17 and 24, being flat so as to give full impressions. Some of the surfaces, 18-23, 25 and 27, are adapted to form an outline only and some, as 26, may be ribbed or pitted or have a design or pattern in relief. The printing elements may be mounted in holding devices as in Fig. 2, either by adhesive or by fitting into a recess in the end of the holder. The elements may be made of wood, rubber or linoleum, and a number of different coloured inking pads may be provided.
