Spring-loaded stop pins 155a, 155 alternately withdrawn by cams 156a, 156b on the shaft 15 co-act with consecutively radiallystaggered stops 155 in quadrature on the block so that when one pin releases a stop the other retains the successive stop. During each consequent dwell of the block 136 an arm 154 on the shaft 15 winds up through an overload slip clutch 157 a spring barrel 152 which unwinds to drive the block through gears 151, 150 on release thereof by a stop pin.
