A device for mixing and ejecting tokens one at a time in random order, comprises a chamber defined by members 12, 14 provided with interfitting flanges 16, 15 respectively, the flanges being formed with registering gaps to provide an outlet 17 in the assembled device. Tokens are fed into the chamber through an inlet 13. A flanged, disc-like member 22 is housed within the chamber, and comprises an open portion 27, a closed portion 26, and a channel 29, the latter being such that when the device is assembled, it forces an open-ended duct of width equal to the diameter of the tokens. In use, the member 22 is rotated by means of a handle 34 mounted on the spindle 23, and as it moves in a clockwise direction from the position illustrated in Fig. 2, tokens from the bottom of the chamber are scooped into the duct 29. As the member 22 rotates, its flange 35 closes the outlet 17 of the chamber, until the end 32 of the duet 29 registers therewith, and when this occurs a single token is fed from the duct via the outlet 17 into a receptacle 18, 19.
