[Also in Group I] An attachment for a coal hod comprises steel prongs arranged so as to project from the underside of the edge of the hod to facilitate loading, the prongs being held in position by a steel plate bolted to the hod. The prongs are located in indentations a formed in the plate, the head of each prong being retained in slots b in the indentations and movable to the next slot when the pointed ends of the prong is worn down.
