[Also in Division F4] A cup has a guideway 2 projecting from outer surface and in which an arm 14 of a detachable handle 15 is slidably engageable until abutted against stop means. As shown the cup has outer and inner plastic walls formed as injection mouldings, e.g. of high impact polystrene, a lip 10 on the outer vessel being received, and secured by adhesive or solvent in a channel 9 in the rim 8 of the inner vessel to seal off a heatinsulating air space 7. The guideway is integral with the outer vessel and has two channels 4, 5 which taper towards the upper closed end and the handle, e.g. of anodised aluminium, has prongs 12, 13 of the same dimensions as channels 4, 5. When the prongs are pushed home the end 16 of the handle presses against the outer wall and is deformed to retain the prongs in the channels. Specifications 401,107 and 444,421 are referred to.
