The invention comprises dyeing and printing processes for polyester and cellulose acetate materials in which a mixture of disperse dyes are used, said mixture containing as well as a diaminoanthra-quinone compound of formula IV FORM:1016367/D1-D2/1 in which R3 is hydrogen or an alkyl radical of 1-6 carbon atoms, one V is hydrogen the other is amino substituted by an aryl group free from sulphonic and barboxylic acid group dyes of formulae:- FORM:1016367/D1-D2/2 in which formulae A1 is chlorine or bromine, A2 and A3 are chlorine, bromine or hydrogen, one of them being hydrogen the other chlorine or bromine, X is hydrogen or chlorine or ethyl or methyl, Y1 is hydrogen a low alkyl radical of 1-6 C atoms, an acetoxy or propivnyloxy group or nitrile group, Y2 is an acetoxy or propionyloxy radical or a carbonylic acid methyl or ethyl ester group, or a nitrile group, 21 is chlorine or bromine, trifluoromethyl or nitrile group, 22 is hydrogen or when 21 is nitrile is hydrogen or chlorine or bromine, R1 and R2 are hydrogen or low alkyl group of 1-6 C atoms and W is chlorine, bromine, alkoxy, aryloxy or oxyaryl radicals.
