A vaginal irrigator comprises a tube 2 having openings 5, 6 at one end and a support 1 at the other end carrying a cone 9, in the top 8 of which may be placed an antiseptic product 7. The support and cone are provided with passages 10 and 11 respectively through which water may be admitted into the tube. The interior of the tube may be provided with helical ribs 12. In a modification (Fig. 7 and 8, not shown), the cone may be provided with ribs which engage in recesses in the support, in order to lock the two parts together.
