The straightener partitions are arranged in vertical planes with their tubes 14, Fig. 8, inclined to the horizontal at a shallower angle than those of the deflector partitions which are arranged vertically at partition 12 and then twist forming an increasing angle α, Fig. 5, with the vertical as they approach wall 32, partitions about the centre line turning in opposite directions.
