The compounds are prepared by reacting ClBRR1R11 or BRR1R11, where R11 is as R and R1 and Cl is an electron pair donor, with an azole of the formula FORM:1061120/C2/5 where X is N or CR4 and R4 is as defined above or is FORM:1061120/C2/6 the reaction being carried out at a temperature of at least 25 DEG C.
