An enclosure 1, 1a for medical treatment comprising a framework covered with impermeable material and including a bed 2 for an invalid, is provided with a housing 3 to function as an air-lock, the housing having an entrance 7 and being permanently attached to the enclosure 1, la by strips 6 of flexible material so that the housing may be moved from an in-operative position embracing the enclosure to the operative position shown. As in the parent Specification, the enclosure is provided with removable panels providing entrances and with a fan supplying filtered air.
