Apparatus for use in a game of chance comprises the playing area shown, staking panels, a pack of 26 cards, 13 having the number 1 on a yellow ground and 13 having the number 1 on a green ground, 2 markers to indicate movement up the tracks and 4 discs to cover the ace symbols at the head of the playing area. The colour code in the figure is a red, b yellow, c green and d black. In play a marker is placed in the start position of each track, the cards are shuffled and placed in the action area. The banker turns the cards in sequence and moves the marker, up the tracks by one position for each appropriate card. The game ends when one marker reaches the top position. Before the game, players place bets with the banker that the two markers will coincide at one or more of the ace positions. A disc being placed over the symbol at the head of the playing area when this occurs. Various betting combinations are described.
