摘要
1,153,538. Switch cases; transformers; capacitors. DELLE-ALSTHOM. 14 June, 1967 [15 June, 1966], No. 27520/67. Headings H1M, H1N and H1T. A rigid fluid-tight, gasfilled housing for a switch, circuit-breaker, transformer or capacitor, comprises two pressed sheet-metal shells 1 and 2 with reinforcing stays provided by the insulating supports 5 and 6 for the electrical apparatus 4 and the bushings 7, 8, and also 9, 10, 11, 12, Fig. 2 (not shown), and seals 15 and 16 are disposed outside the housing around the bushings and supports such that the internal gas pressure on the sheetmetal shells 1, 2 tends to tighten the seals in their seatings and increase the fluid-tightness of the housing when the gas pressure increases. The connection. 3 between the shells 1, 2 is by nuts and bolts 22, Fig. 3 (not shown), or clips 23, Fig. 4 (not shown). A polysulphide-based mastic 17 is employed at the connection 3 to ensure fluid-tightness.
