Prefabricated box-shaped building units are formed by clamping a wall 242 in a rotatable mould by a clamp 233, 235 opposite a similar wall, similarly clamped and casting a floor in a mould 236, supported on beams 231, integrally with the wall. This apparatus is mounted on rings 215 rotatable on rollers 221 by a motor 241 so that the whole can be turned through 180 degrees whereupon the ceiling is cast integrally with the walls in a mould 237. Beams 231 are adjustable on rods 226 and with the clamps are adjustable along beams 220 to provide for parts of different size. Specification 1,007,143 also is referred to.
