Liquid products of freezing point -10 degrees C having good lubricating effects are obtd. by simultaneous reaction of a mixt. of synthetic fatty C5-C9 acids (obtained by oxidation of paraffin hydrocarbons), with triethanolamine and PbO, in an presence of plasticiser/liquid lubricant at 90-95 degrees C. Preferably 2 mol. of C5-C9 fatty acid are reacted with 5 mol. PbO to form tetrabasic Pb soap, and simult. with formation of triethanolamine soap and tetrabasic Pb soap, 2 mol. of C5-C9 fatty acid are reacted with 1 mol. Zn, Cd, ZnO or Ba(OH)2 in presence plasticiser or liquid lubricant at 90-105 degrees C.
